Can you please tell me anytime I go to this store a lot of your items are unavailable I walked from my work today in the hospital to your store which is a 25 min walk to avail of your NEW chicken shawarma and guess what not available. I think it’s an awful shame you could not put up on the site even that it was unavailable then I wouldn’t have wasted my whole lunch break for nothing. Also your staff there are not very apologetic or nice.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway Castle Street Mullingar.

The service was extremely poor. The staff on duty were unprofessional and seemed more focused on chatting than serving customers efficiently. A girl called charise I believe and a girl with a hijab on Orders were very
slow, and there was very little organisation behind the counter.

The restaurant itself felt chaotic. There were groups of youths running around the premises, shouting across the shop and using inappropriate language. It felt more like a playground than a food establishment. There didn’t appear to be any management presence or attempt to maintain order.

Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and the lack of structure made the whole experience unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and supervision in the store.

This morning, I went to subway and was warmly welcomed by a lovely girl with dark hair. I just wanted to express that her kindness truly brightened my day, especially considering the excellent customer service she provided to those ahead of me.

Efficient service with a friendly face. Ben was lovely to deal with. Food was good and fresh.

Staff behaviour is very bad. I went to have some food but their customer service was very poor. Not going anymore back 😡.
